Seniors, scholarships are starting to come in. Be sure to regularly check the scholarship list on the student services website for new scholarship opportunities. See Ms. Gelder if you have any questions. Also, if you haven't completed your FAFSA yet, remember that the Michigan deadline is March 1st. Don't wait until the last minute!

Next week Wednesday (January 24), the Gold Crew will be hosting a Cocoa, Cookies, and Cram event for the 6th and 9th graders! There will be a hot cocoa bar with different toppings and flavors, as well as many cookie choices. 😊6th graders will be able to meet with their Gold Crew leaders to get any help with remaining school work and to prepare for any end of semester tests they may have in classes. It is also a great opportunity for them to talk to their leaders about their first semester and get any advice and support to help them start the new semester strong! The event will take place in the cafeteria after school and run until 4:30 pm.

There will be quiz bowl practice today during pride period in the MS computer lab.

Science Olympiad practice will be held today after school from 3:15 until 5.

Decatur will be hosting the Girls on the Run event this year and we would really like to have a middle school team for Girls on Track.  Please see Ms. Marlow to sign up.  Registration is online.

There will be a student council meet tomorrow during A lunch to plan for winterfest.
