    Meetings will be held at the Upjohn Media Center at 405 N. Phelps Street, Decatur.

    Board Meeting minutes are maintained in the District Office.

    Period for Public Participation at Public Meetings of the Board - General Rules

    Each statement made by a participant shall be limited to three minutes.  No participant may speak more than once on the same topic, and participants shall direct all comments to the Board and not to staff or other participants.  All statements shall be directed to the presiding officer and no person may address or question Board members individually.  The Board and its members will not answer questions or make statements or commitments in response to issues raised by the public. In general, such issues will be referred to the Superintendent for investigation.

    These rules were created based on Board Policy 0167.3 and by the authorization of the Superintendent and the Administration.
